Do you need an important document recorded or filed at the County Recorder's Office? Well, we make regular daily trips to the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange County Recorder's Offices. We record and/or file real estate documents, lis pendens, abstracts, fictitious business name statements and much more.

We can also retrieve copies of anything that has already been recorded, such as real estate documents (i.e. deeds), lis pendens, abstracts, fictitious business name statements, and both birth and marriage certificates.
